been backed into a dock for 3 hours. they haven't even opened their door to unload me. this is absolutely ridiculous. can't even find their number on Google. it's just the one for the Lawrence location. would really like to know why or how it could possibly take this long to even begin loading a truck.

If you mean your DOT 10 hour break from driving, yes, as long as there's room. We can park 4-6 trucks in the gravel area.
Generally not for shipping unless the schedule is heavy. But usually there is work going on during part of the weekend at least.
Mostly plastic drink cups and lids, some bowls, food containers generally.
All of the above. It depends on what you're needing. Sometimes we load on Saturdays when we're slammed. There's generally someone working here on the weekends but we're not "open" necessarily.
