Lots of chiefs and not enough laborers. I worked here for a few months as a temp employee during the summer of 2021…I absolutely loved the “old timers” the employees who’d spent decades devoting their lives to this place. They were kind, humble and always willing to lend a hand or a friendly smile. Unfortunately, I worked in a department which had a high turnover due to big ego amongst leads. Leaders who’d only been there a few years were cruel, indifferent and toxic. There were confrontations between leads and subordinates due to personal relationship issues. At times some of us feared there would be a shoot out-disgruntled employee shows up with a gun scenario. I’m glad I left.

I’ve lived here for 6 years & Wanted to ask the 10:00pm shift coming off and on duty to please be considerate of Excelling on N. Main St. towards the center being a resident on the street I have young children and there’s been many times that the vehicles going by my sons window faces the street while excelling their cars to get as fast as they can away from their workplace to be considerate of us folks that have to live here 24/7 it’s sometimes with music blaring at 10 o’clock to the point where my windows rattle and I have new windows. I can always tell when it’s quitting time at 10 o’clock it’s mostly the shift coming off want to race to catch up with their buddy(s)out the gates FIRST especially, on school nights. If this is a management person or a supervisor shift supervisor could You please share this complaint with your employees. Kind Regards
