I've been designing and 3D printing for 10+ years, and taking prototypes into molded production. i've been looking for a new 3D printer that can prototype quickly AND be resolute enough for pre-production parts. So I've been sending files to many online 3D shops to test different printers. Stephen and his team have been FAST, professional, and honest about pros/cons of different models. Once we buy another printer, we still plan on using their services.

Provided files and spoke with them on the phone. They ensured me their engineers can make my product. My product was roughly 16mm x 18mm x 8mm. While they were working on my parts, not once did they call me to let me know of the failures. I came to pick up my product and none of the parts fit. Manager didn't even consider reimbursing partial payment. Updated Response: So you are going to lie that I broke my own parts? You have no integrity. As far as the broken parts...the parts I received were broken upon receiving them. So they knew the parts were broken and didn't notify me beforehand. Manager offered to make part again, but I refused the offer. They should know their limitations and not lie, and say they can. Keep my $300, and keep believing you can't improve quality service.

Stephen has been incredibly helpful in my prototyping process. He always replies quickly, works efficiently, and is transparent about costs and timelines. I highly recommend 3DPS.

Best customer service you will ever get. I came in and my printer was in not the greatest shape. They cleaned up my printer, got the new part, and we were in constant contact the entire time. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a 3d printer repair

Yes we do!

I’m super new to this so excuse me if I don’t know what I’m talking about. If I have blueprints from and app, can I use those to 3D print something? Also, is there a limit to the size? Because I know it can take a long time.

Depends on the printer
