I waited too long to replace my refrigerator and wound up with a dead refrigerator on a Saturday night. I called Becker Appliance Monday when they opened. After consulting with a helpful woman on the phone at Becker's I found just what I needed. John and Jose delivered my new to me refrigerator (and also a stove) at noon on Wednesday. They took away my old appliances as well. Really great people from start to finish. So simple for a daunting task that I had put off. *I knew to call them because my neighbor had her new refrigerator delivered in June from Becker's and I was impressed then. Great company!

I wish I had know of this place prior to dealing with the bigger corporate businesses. The customer service at Becker was above and beyond. And they were able to deliver the very next day, where as lowes and Best Buy were weeks if not a month out . Becker offers way better pricing and again the service and gals I spoke with were informative, friendly, and got me exactly what I was looking for. I am a forever customer of Becker going forward!
