This place is ridiculous. Most of the time only one elevator works. When you change your phone number the office people take their time updating your number for the lobby. Since people can’t call you from the lobby if you’re expecting someone you have to wait downstairs until your company comes. My mom gave the office her new number 2 was ago and they still haven’t updated her phone number.

There are always water problems or elevators down. At be the moment we have been taking out own garbage down the elevators and down the hill for 2 months because a compactor down. We had been told it would be down 2 weeks. We have many elderly and disabled living here. Our lg elevator which opens to our recyclables has been closed and we were told to keep these items in our apts or $25 fine.

The property staff are really friendly and helpful! I think they do an excellent job making this building great place to live for the residents of Lancaster House North.
