I live in this place for almost 3 years and from my experience and the truth is that the maintenance is terrible. one calls and no one answers, they are sent emails and neither. We also have problems receiving orders from amazon, fedex and others, because we don't receive them in our building, we receive them outside the complex's offices, which are lost. The building where I live, the surroundings are always dirty, inside the building there are bird nests and the carpets have a bad smell. On the rent they raised us 92.00 dollars for bad service to the residents. I really don't recommend it at all. They suck at meeting the needs of their tenants.

Lived here for one year and thought I was getting a good deal. First night I discovered roaches, the plumbing was terrible and clogged almost everyday, and I had to live 4 months with a piece of drywall for my window ON THE GROUND LEVEL, because a kid kicked a basketball through my window. The manager could care less. I felt unsafe.

If I could give zero stars I would. They always take your money for the application fee, and tell you that you don’t “qualify” even with 3 people holding good jobs applying. Seeing the many reviews about roaches (and apparently mice) makes me glad we didn’t qualify for these apartments. Good riddance.
