Masks are required, they wipe down counters between customers, there are dividers between registers, they limit number of people (though I don't think they've ever had to)
I'm not sure what that has to do with Five Below. And I don't think QVC is closed, every time I take the bus to Elizabethtown, the bus goes by the QVC plant & it still looks busy.
They opened a new one by Christmas tree shop and Ross.
