Inquired with Forino to finish our basement since they were the builder of our home we purchased. The original phone call to ask what we were looking for was informative and professional, they seemed to really want to customize the project to our needs. I didn’t receive the original quote for about 3 weeks and after reaching out asking if there were any updates. The guy I worked with apologized and said he was helping with snow removal due to the recent storms so had gotten behind on preparing the quote. After we spoke and I narrowed down some questions and modifications. I was to then receive a modified quote and a sketch of an area of concern for us to see how Forino was planning to tackle that area and make sure we approved of the approach. Fast forward to about a month later I had heard nothing, I reached out asking for an update, to which I received a few numbers jotted down and not an updated quote and the sketch was missing all together! It was pretty obvious the reply was only triggered by my request and there wasn’t any plan to even get us the requested information. If I’m to spend close to 20k for your business and work, I’d like to have better attention to the prospective customers. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Personally I wouldn’t recommend.
