had been to this store for massage and unfortunately, as i was new to this store, out of the three people who were present, only one was available, and she ( lilly) in the one hour i got the massage she was about 20 mins on her phone either messaging or watching something, this is totally unprofessional and this sort of action should be stopped with immediate effect, the owner should discipline these folks, as we pay the right amount whatever is asked for along with tips, but not getting a full service , So whoever the owner is need this disciplined as soon as possible, otherwise i request to BAN Lilly from massaging.
