Hi Lisa. Please call the Property Manager, Aries, to inquire about pricing and availability. She's very friendly and super helpful! 610.376.3100 All of the storage units are month to month rentals that do not lock you into a specific time frame for renting. There is a one time administration fee of $20 that is paid along with your first payment. This fee also includes a highly secure disc lock so that's one less thing to worry about!
