This is a small local Enterprise location, so you do need to book in advance. Having done so, my entire experience in the hands of their staff was first rate. They are polite, professional, and efficient. Yes, there are some rental car bits that they have to do or say or ask - it is a corporation after all (like supply issues being a new twist on pitching their coverage). But with an unexpected car in shop with parts issues, I was glad to have a location nearby where I could get a car. And they truly went above and beyond with having a gentleman from this location buzz me to the nearby shop so I could pick up my car after I dropped the rental off. So very grateful! Thank you!

I needed an insurance vehicle and they called me right away once my claim was submitted. This was a great surprise. I would normally have to call around on my own.. Ms. Emily and staff were very professional and accommodated on a specific vehicle if it was available. This location makes up for bad service I had in the past.
