THE WORST PLACE! They do send your mail back WITHOUT NOTICE!!! Older lady with grey hair is rude 😒 they really need to work on their attitude if they don’t like attending or helping people stay home ☺️ I wish to give this place ZERO STARS! 😊

Ladies not only were rude to me and my son they didn't seem to know how the delivery process goes. They didn't know what a "pick-up point" was. I can no longer send packages to my physical address because they will just send it back to the sender. The whole reason I wanted packages sent to my physical address was to avoid their nasty attitudes. Especially the older lady she seems to be the rudest of them all. If I could give half a star I would.

My package may have been given to another patron with box numbers that are the same as mine but in different order. how do i get my package back. the PO box is correct on tracking order.
