They got my order right which was the bundle but I asked for a mocha frappe n' they decided to give me an iced coffee with whip cream on top 🤨 I mean whoever the employee was was probably new but I've never gotten an iced mocha coffee with whipped cream on top until now. Has this happened to anyone else before or is it just me? I specifically asked for a medium Mocha Frappe.

It's usually good. But these last few times we ordered there some of our food was not there. And no ketchup and no napkins. Maybe they were tired. But McDonald's is always good to eat. Those are the 3 stars up there. The other 2 missing stars are for lack of our orders, ketchup, and no napkins. I mean, those are items that should ALWAYS be added to orders. I'll be sure to remember to take photos next time. Thanks McDonald's. Food ROCKS! Service? Not really.

They have certain items that is not ready in the morning! For instance, the Frappes. They take my order & when I get to the window, they tell me the frappe machine is “still being cleaned” when they open at 5:00am in the morning. It’s always 7:00am-7:30am when I order there. The manager even said “the night crew cleans it”. It does not many sense at all. One thing about customer service is you don’t lie to your customers when handling food items!! They have bad customer as well as not having all the items ready in the morning.. Yesterday some female looked really unhappy & so angry working the drive thru window. The only thing she said was my total. That was it! One thing I know about Customer Service is we come first, we should be satisfied & leave your problems at home!

Finally got my hands on the New Double Quarter Pounder w/ Extra Cheese & Bacon Meal. I ordered during dinner hour in the evening; it's almost bedtime and I'm still full 🙃 That meal looked and taste exactly like I seen it on the commercials. So delicious!!!
