Just adding to all the other 1 stars here. Hopefully people will avoid this company. They missed my pickup and rather than sending someone out to fix it, they are just waiting till the next week. I've called 3 times to give them the opportunity to make this right. There are local companies that do the same thing, so I decided to cancel my service and guess what? IT COSTS A $45 "RESTOCKING" FEE to cancel the service?!?! Absolutely GARBAGE (pun definitely intended) company that doesn't realize that this behavior will chase people to other companies that actually do what you pay them for. I tolerated the price hikes, missed pickups and long hold times for nearly 6 years, but no longer. GFL, I hope you guys have a plan to liquidate your assets when you finally run your business fully into the ground. Best of luck to anyone who doesn't heed all the warnings on this review page!

Horrible horrible company. They will not pick up trash even though I pay my bill every month on time. IF you can get them to answer the phone, they will tell you to leave your can out and they will pick it up. Thats false. I have called Friday and twice on Monday and still my streets trash has not been picked up. Do not use this company.

In Jan of this year I ordered a roll off and it was delivered and removed in a timely fashion though a bit pricey. Here I am 8 months later and they have had a 20% increase. You can recognize a corporation of greed by their easing into a new area, slowly squeezing your financial soul because they are the only real option, and ultimately dropping any semblance of customer service. Very similar to a cable company.

Depends on the area you live in, some only pay for whats in the can and some jave to pick everything up.
Where at alot of times they will do if it's garbage in the recycle or they probably already dump off all garbage and then come back and get recycle separately and it looks as if they are.
Do you have service already and is it a business or residential because they come on different days and also they have a very high call volume right now due to the other companies that they have brought
David, try contacting your local convenience center that accepts hazardous waste or contact your local county regarding hazardous waste collection events.

Did you find another company? I've been looking and every one I found has been bought out by Waste Industries. It's a monopoly.
I did y'all wouldn't answer the phone for a few days. So, I did y'all chat... Found out y'all want to charge us to recycle items. It's like being punished for trying to do your part in keeping the environment clean 😔...
