Beach Paws is a great place for doggie daycare. I haven't used them for any other of their services. The staff is always polite and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable.

Yes they are
Yes! Board and groom here. I highly recommend them. Just make sure your pups are up-to-date with their shots and bring a copy of their shot records.
Yes, indoor room and outdoor play areas. You can login via your device throughout the day. If your dog is in the outside area, you can watch him/her playing with the other dogs. Must be reasonably socialized and accustomed to being around others. I have big dogs. Not sure if they put the little guys outside or how that works.

They are a day camp and boarding for pets. Why would you buy a cat anyway? Go adopt from the shelter. There are hundreds who need homes.
