Couldn't buy Stihl chains for Stihl chainsaw because the tech wasn't available. Nobody else can sell Sthil products. Chains were prepackaged. Store personnel couldn't take the prepackaged chains off the rack, scan it, and sell it. Sorry the tech is not in....

They don’t care!! The store is scheduled open at 9:00 this morning but staff says I have to wait additional 10-20 minutes because cashier had not arrived. When two staff arrived, the person that opened the door for the staff that are late coming to work just looks at me and closes the door after the two staff went inside - he’d say a word to me. I said to him through the door “you all don’t care” and he nods his head to the affirmative. Yes, there are times when this store is convenient but most of the time it’s the place to avoid.
