I went in for kashmir chai and they gave me luke warm chai, then told me they didn't have lids, what kind of restaurant doesn't have lids when you cater, the staff was so disrespectful

Food is somewhat better compared to competitors in the area. Taking my 5-star rating down to one star. Because calling this place a restaurant is a joke. This is primarily a catering business and desi tandoor. Their priority is their catering business and not the retail restaurant orders. Every time I come here and order food they always tell any curry will available immediately but 40-50 min wait time for Naan 🫓 because a desi guy ordered 100 kebabs and 200 Naans and Tandoor is busy.

Safer to order takeout than sitting in and dining. I'd recommend ordering cooked food only if you're actively managing your covid risk!
The food is expensive,the service is very poor,no roti with them & the naan is not baked properly,i stop going there,hope they improve the service
