Yes, there is a taxi office near the train station main building(across street). Once you come down through main stairs from train tracks. You can see it.
Why is it not called Hicksville Junction?

Weekdays overnight (5 pm to 7 am) you won't get a ticket. Friday 5 pm to Monday 7 am is free parking. There are some third party-owned parking lots at Hicksville that tow your car if you park without paying- be careful

I believe as is the situation with county facilities, a parking permit is required (does not guarantee a spot). Otherwise there are numerous side streets not far by the residential section that you can park at for free minus the walk.
There is train to ronkonka today. Or do they remplace it for buses .today Saturday march 10
