From that start it was not good. The apartment was not really ready for move in. The carpet was still wet from cleaning and once it dried you could see the carpet should have been replaced before move in. I also found pasta in the bathtub drain. The facility is old and not worth the money they are charging. Internet is not great but that is to be expected with older buildings and the only option you have is COX Communications as they have a contract with the complex. They charge you $31 dollars a month for someone to take your trash from the door 25 yards to a dumpster and you cannot opt out of that. When you try to talk with the corporate office they will not talk with you, return emails or phone calls. Poor management all around. If you do get an apartment stay away from apartment's on Indian School Road, it is very loud. I could not get out of this complex fast enough. I would not give it one star but it will not allow that.

I've been living here for about 4 years and I was going to say that it's a nice location, and amazing at times. staff is nice. Except for one. I was disappointed when my rent went up so much this year. I think management should consider and evaluate good tenants, folks that been living here this long and always paying rent on time, don't bother or cause any trouble. Should get a little discount by not raising the rent almost 300 dollars, In one year.

Remington Ranch is by far one of the most beautiful places I lived. I love the area and convenience of my local grocery store, nearby including schools. I really like living here.
