Google navigation is terrible as it will lead you to get stuck at the taxi only pick up line. No signage whatsoever on where to drop your family/friends off

Visited DC station on July 19....not the first time for me. The station is generally clean with a lot of traffic. On this day, passenger traffic was low, an several of the eateries and stores remained closed.This is still good station to travel thru.

It seems like this is the worst station in America … whenever I seem to travel through here there is an issue . Train is cancelled , make everyone wait two hours . There’s a nearly empty Acela train … no let’s not try to get people home … let’s make them wait and tell them everything is sold out … only it’s not because I can purchase the tickets on the Amtrak app… just wanted to share to all my fellow rail travelers that you are not alone … taking a train Into dc is always a hat toss
