False. They are descent places, I don't see dog waste all over the place. Really the worst part is parking and these guys who bring home vehicles from the car lots they work at. Instead of parking in their own spot they part in the very few opens spot for vehicle that actually belong there. Otherwise nice place.
The complex is garbage. Alot of immature people, dog waste and the apartment was not cleaned up properly before move in. Bad carpet, bubbles in the paint. Keep on looking.
