I recently brought my guitar in for some minor bridge repair work. The Ovation Team in New Hartford did an "outstanding job, as expected. I not sure the residents of Connecticut realize the level of craftsmanship and caliber of instruments the folks in New Hartford CT put out. The Ovation Team and their instruments are "World Class". Take the time to play one of their high-end models, and I am sure you will agree.
