Great hotel, but watch out for the stairs to the pool! We stayed here twice in the last week while traveling. It was clean, comfortable, and a lovely hotel. The grass area and access to an open field behind the hotel allowed easy access for those traveling with dogs. My only complaint is the stairs to the pool were so slick, I fell and injured my back. Our toddler nearly slipped just standing on the stairs. The staff wasn't concerned when we mentioned how slick the stairs were. So be very careful when getting in the pool or letting your little one step in.

Positive: The staff was great. Personable, from the front desk to the maids and the kitchen staff, you have wonderful people. The decor..loved the brick and the plants. The hot tub was unique and relaxing. The food for breakfast was delicious & something for all Negative: The edge of the hot tub needs to be redone, it is flaking off and really rough.

This hotel is pretty nice for the price. My only complaint is that it's built around a central pool and hot tub. That may not seem like a bad thing until you get woken up at 7 AM by excited kids who REALLY want to play in the water! There is very little done for sound absorption or insulation, and it got kind of loud!

The Baymont has great staff who love their jobs! I really liked the big window in my room facing the atrium, and they have a well stocked snack machine including frozen microwave meals! The beds are super comfy and the rooms so spacious!
