Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

A normal best western inn experience with not so good facilities. Although staff here was helpful to resolve the issues as simple as unlocking a door which refused to accept the keys which were reset by the receptionist multiple times.

The hotel was neat and clean, but I think their pictures online are a bit deceiving as the hotel is a little bit older than what it appears. However, it is clean and comfortable.

Room was nice for a small town hotel. My only complaint is the lady at the front desk that checked us in. We booked our stay through a travel website. She tells me at the counter “This rate they charged you is ridiculous, you over paid, and the room you’re getting isn’t even really a suite like they say”. So naturally I ask her to drop the price then. She says she can’t because I already paid online. I was appalled that she told me straight to my face we were overcharged. I’d suggest training your employees not to say that to people, especially if they can’t lower your rate. Terrible service.

Positive: The amenities including courtyards, spa and accessability for handicaped ocupants. Negative: It was in general disrepair. Especially the spa, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel over others in the area. It had been broken apparently for over 3 weeks.
