It is great to find wonderful service from another Chick-fil-A location. I called in and talked to Emma about my order before placing it and she was super helpful. I ordered delivery through DoorDash because I was in a bit of a pinch and called ahead to make sure they could accommodate my order of grilled nuggets with no marinade (I have an allergy to the marinade ingredients). This location come through and DoorDash delivered it nice hot and fresh straight to my hotel room.

I was really impressed with the customer service here. There was an issue with one of my meals here and I reached out and they were SO happy to resolve it with me. They were very fair and quick to respond. I have always enjoyed the food at chick-fil-a, but this restaurant's customer service stood out especially.

Chick-fil-A makes REALLY good chicken sandwiches! Whether grilled or breaded, these are delicious especially with their special sauce! Their shakes and lemonade are good too-- the lemonade must be made with real lemons, as it has pulp it in! :) When we were there, there were lots of cars lined up at the drive thru.

I pulled up yesterday right at 10:30 AM and they said they had put their breakfast away early. Disappointing but I can understand that. I have never been so disappointed with a Chick-Fil-A location. It was not busy. I open my bag to see that my fries looked 2/3 full… I might as well have ordered the regular size if this is going to happen with my large fries. Not only where my fries not completely there, the guy who handed me my food and took my payment was a poor representation of Chick-Fil-A customer service: bad attitude, grumpy looking, and off putting. Go to the Orem location at the mall or near Center Street. Those locations always have great customer service and do not skimp on fries.
