The drive thru line was long so I went inside. The restaurant was spotless. The manager saw me step to the register, smiled, acknowledged me, and sent a busy employee over to take my order right away. I was in a super rush to get my son to an activity and this was his dinner. From start to finish, I was back in my car with fresh, hot food in less than 4 minutes.😊

I usually always go to this Wendy’s because it’s the most convenient. About half the time, their system is down or they close 30 minutes early or my food is absolutely nasty. This Wendy’s is literally the worst. I will say I gave one star because the workers are sometimes nice!

Aww gotta love when you have 20 minutes to spare while your waiting for your “fast food” in the Wendy’s drive thru. Gives me extra time to really look through the window into the restaurant and just see how “fast” they’re making the food. The urgency they have while making the food is clearly taught in their training. P.S. everything I said was sarcastic. The employees are more worried about laughing and giggling while they make the food then they are actually making the food and doing there job. By the looks of it there isn’t anyone in charge. Do something about this please! If I knew it would have taken 20 minutes to get my food I wouldn’t have even ordered!

Absolutely garbage location. Drive to the provo eastbay location. It's worth it. This one is so effing terrible. My entire order cold & wrong. The drink was just carbonation flat sprite. I had to reheat everything and it still tasted like garbage. I couldn't even eat it. Shut this location down and fine the franchise owner for the disservice he's bringing to the city and the children who work there. Not giving them any training or support, setting them up for a lifetime career of failure.
