Great customer service is great. Provo hasn't changed prices that much. Still 1$ coffee and tge 2 for 4$ changed to buy 1 get 1 for 1$ Tasty and hot and good. Good Job *****

Had a great experience ordering on the app this morning and was greeted, as I came in the door, with my food by a very pleasant female employee in a yellow vest who dispensed breakfast and a greeting to everyone this morning. I wish I could have seen her badge as employees like this are so rare. She's a keeper!

The ambiance of this McDonald's is above the bar. It is cozy inside and clean, which is much better than any of the other McDonald's in this area. The only problem is that it seems that every time I go, their soda machines inside are broken and they mess up whichever drink I ask them to fill at the counter lol. But all in all, one of my favorite McDonald's I've ever been in. 👍

I eat at McDonald's way more often than I should, so I go to a lot of different locations, and this one is the worst. It always has terribly slow service, the order isn't always accurate, and the staff isn't the best. Even if this location is closer I'll usually go to a different one because it will be faster in the long run Tonight we waited in the drive through for about 40 minutes. The machines were broken so we could only pay cash, but they didn't put up a sign or anything. Lots of people waited in line just to find out it was cash only then left

I'm pretty sure you referring to the pink slime which unfortunately caused a big scandal a few years ago and McDonald's discontinued using it because of the bad press as a result. I am reasonably sure they are back to 100 percent beef. You are probably a couple years behind the times.
I work there it starts at 11 but if you order right at 11 youre go to have to have a wait because we are at the end of a breakfast rush
I don't work there, but I am assuming this was a one off situation. It could be that the syrup bib was running low. I'm sure they would be willing to replace it.
