JUST HORRIBLE! And this is especially true about Ebiny(the lady some other reviews are also complaining about). First off, she is supposed to teach other new staffs to take out blood. But, she tried to take out my blood to which I was extremely close to passing out and if it was not for my dad asking her to take out the rubber band, I would pass out. She could not take out blood from my sister's hand after trying multiple times and when she took out blood from my mom's hand, there was very big blue bruising that remained in her hand for longer than a month and maybe even two. Not just this, the staffs including her would take unnecessarily long time to get anything done at all. DESPITE ALL THIS and multiple other things, we decided to still be on good terms with Ebiny until we finally decided to change our PCP after all this laziness and delay. When asked to send over the medical files, she literally said "We do not need to pick up your call now. Do not call us back again" even though I was always nice to her. And me being as understanding as I am, would understand this if she had said this after my family's medical files had been sent over to our new clinic. BUT NO, she told me this TWICE although she had not even sent the medical files. Trust me, I do not, in no shape or form, want to keep calling you with your selfish and ignorant attitude either. Its that you havent even finished your job despite calling a thousand times over roughly 1 month period (stopped taking my calls at this point as well) that I have to keep talking with you. She LITERALLY said to not call despite not doing her job that she is paid to do, after me calling a thousand times. I still cant believe this. You get paid because of people like me and you need to stop forgetting that. AND pretty sure, the medical files have still not been transferred. So yes, like I said, just horrible staff, especially Ebiny who is too lazy to do her job and literally tells you to not call them back again!!! Dr. Liz was great tho and she left. Other than that, Trash!!!

Extremely unprofessional and hostile! Especially the alleged nurse practitioner, a fair complexed African American lady with a extremely small pony tail wearing black scrubs and clacking her extremely long un-sanitized nails refusing treatment. She needs to be walked out expeditiously! What a burden for the entire clinic!

Very incompetent receptionist's who not only hang up the phone right after they pick up but also can't figure out how to find your full chart. As well as a very inconsiderate Dr. who prescribed me a completely different prescription w/ out notifying me.

For reason unknown to me the dermatologists never is in on the day of my appointment. I have been trying to be seen since the beginning of December 2021 but have been rescheduled 3 times. 4 times today with no apologies from the front office. This place seems very confused when dealing with patients.
