Staff is horrible and rude.

Cannot ever schedule an appointment. Stay on hold the entire time. If you do manage to get a hole of them, no openings for several weeks. Constant staff and doctor turn over. They've gone thru more doctors than years open. At least 5. They have shut down several times due to not having a doctor on staff. If a doctor refuses to run a practice, then there is something wrong with the practice.

I have been bringing my two sons since birth and it seems that this place is just regressing in staff quality. It is unfortunate because Dr. Shah is a great doctor, however the staff is rude from start to finish. I was a medical assistant for nearly 10 years and my experiences tell me to stay away from this place. The MAs do not always remove the used table paper when rooming me, let alone wipe it down. They are tough to get on the phone unless they call you needing information. In that case they lose your information anyway. When you show up it’s like they have no idea who called you and what they did with your information then proceed to make you look like the crazy person in front of other patients. Dr. Shah will be the only one missed. Best of luck to anyone who goes there, hope you all don’t have our experiences.
