I just went to the clinic the doctor since I entered I don't say hello it's like a racist and I with my husband was going to fill out the form he told me that not for legal reasons it was forbidden not to do it but he was going to sue me he has a very bad attitude I came to another clinic like VAT to fill out the sheet if you couldn't move

Even though I have insurance, I prefer to pay here. I had the cobi, I had the test here, 2 ingestions, a prescription for cvs and all $180. I have been with my doctor for years because of the insurance and he never wants to put me on 💉 because the insurance does not approve them. I had no symptoms of cobi thank god. For me, I do recommend it... the two very good doctors.
