This location always takes 15 min to find my UPS packages that are ready for pick up requiring backing up the whole customer line and needing back up from other employees. One time they said my package is not here and to come back tomorrow and when i did, they said the same thing to come back again the next day even though i received an email it was ready for pick up at this location a few days ago. The employees are also unprofessional it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers.

I’d give them zero stars if I could..terrible management dirty place..bums outside asking me for money and the so called manager has no management skills at all..this lady literally saw me waiting in line the whole time when it was my turn she turned me away and made excuses not to help me…no wonder they can’t hire people here they are inept!

The young lady at the pharmacy is extremely helpful, she even found me a coupon for my prescription, cut the price in half! Very friendly and thoughtful - and quick. Was done with my prescription in 15 minutes as opposed to the 45 minutes quoted. Very positive experiences here!

TL,DR the pharmacists think they know better than the drs and will try to change your meds at their whim. Would rate lower if I could, the pharmacy never fills meds right and they are always trying to over ride the drs on what you need to be taking, for a few examples a few years ago I had to have emergency surgery to put a stent in for a kidney stone that got stuck, the only pharmacy open when I got out of surgery to fill the meds they were sending home was CVS, they said they could only fill half of the prescription because they didn't have enough, I said okay and took about half of the meds then and was to come back and get the rest when they called, I was down to the last couple of days left of the half and they still hadn't called, so I went up there to get the rest and was told they wouldn't give it to me because "the pharmacist didn't feel that I should still need it" regardless of what my dr had said. Another example is from today, when I tried to pick up meds for my aunt, we had stopped by yesterday afternoon about 1pm because they had said her meds were ready to be picked up. When we got there they told us they had been put back already, but if we came back in about 30 minutes then they would have them ready. We left and didn't hear from them that they were ready, so I went today to pick them up and was told that they had all been placed back yesterday and I would have to wait again for them to get them ready, when I questioned them about why they were put back the same day we tried to get them filled I was told to "Calm down" and she would figure out what was going on. She then got the pharmacist to come talk to me, and I was told "They could not fill the meds at that time because it was unusual for someone to take that particular combination of meds, and she would have to contact the dr about it before they could be filled" mind you all the meds in question are coming from the same dr, and were prescribed at the same time, and have been called in at the same time. Also this would have been the third time in the last year they have said that they needed to verify with the dr before filling. The pharmacists do not know the patients whole medical history, they are not seeing why the meds are prescribed or anything, but they still feel the need to call the dr whenever they think they know more than them about what someone should be taking.
