So far my experience this morning was the best I've ever been treated at a medical facility. It is my first time with Kaiser. I saw Dr. Tracy Fong. The entire staff was friendly and on time. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room. Dr. Fong was so personable and thorough in her practice. She was knowledgeable with every question I asked her. I highly recommend coming here if you can.

Go out of network before you start seeing Kaiser people. They have no respect for you or your time. They’ll just keep sending you in circles and ignoring your appointments. Go somewhere else.

Had my first official visit into the Kaiser community today. The canyon country office is really nice, clean and wasnt super busy. The registration nurses were very kind, the nurse that took me back was such a sweet girl. We were talking about our favorite Netflix shows while she gave me my flu shot :) My doctor, STEPHANIE LUCINE PEZESHKIAN DO, was a gem! Big smile the moment she came into the room, she listened to my concerns, I felt welcomed and not rushed. Not to mention small chit chat throughout my appointment. So nice to have a doctor that isn't quick, Rude and rushes you out the door. Even the lab technician that drew my blood was so friendly! Overall an A+ for my first visit to Kaiser. :)

Have had bad service here in the past, however this trip wasn't too shabby. They Do Need to do something about the names on their boards though, as that is Sensitive Personal Information!
