I had been in pain for so long and when I first came into the office, the staff was very nice and understanding made me feel comfortable. DR. Shah answered all my questions I had and explained in full detail my surgery procedure. I had L4-5 XLIF I was scared at first, but everyone was very helpful, and I will be grateful for everything DR. Shah and his staff did for me. I'm doing much better pain free. I recommend to everyone.

Dr. Shah is absolutely wonderful! He has a great bedside manner and he is a very gifted surgeon in my opinion. I have needed several spine surgeries over the past four years and feel very fortunate to have met Dr. Shah and just cannot recommend him highly enough. Dr. Shah and staff have always been professional and courteous. Family, friends and coworkers that I have referred to him have always been well taken care of and agree Dr. Shah is the best!

Follow up review: my previous account was banned from reviewing this office. Do not come here. Someone from this office called me to tell me to take my review down and that they did everything they could for me. I received no apology for not receiving a doctors note or any proof of my condition for my job, and the person told me they would write the doctors note if I “change the review” and that they would only be responsible for the 2 times they saw me. I refused to change the review and let them know that I would like to be treated like a patient and not a customer. Once I refused she told me she would only write me a doctors note for 1 out of the 2 visits. I should not be harassed about my review and things should be made right! I told them that the person they referred me to has a terrible office and they are unprofessional and the only response was “we haven’t had any other complaints and we don’t know how they do things in their office” which is a red flag. Don’t come here, they just don’t care, and I still haven’t spoken to Neil.
