I was having multiple major health issues and needed a referral to a specialist. In order to get said referral, I was told I needed blood tests. I got the bloodwork done and was told to come in seven days later for the results. I came in seven days later and was told they did not have the results yet, but the doctor told me she would call me later that afternoon. I never got a call back. I called the next morning and was told “she’ll get back to you in the afternoon.” Silence. The next day the receptionist tells me “Oh we’re so sorry, she’ll call you back this afternoon, but don’t worry I have your results right here and they seem neither good nor bad.” I’m still feeling terrible and all I need is a referral to satisfy my insurance. The next day, still no update, I call again. Their phones have been turned off. (Later I found out they do this “when they’re fully booked.” according to the desk) I come in person, apparently the doctors aren’t allowed to give results over the phone, they need to be in person consultations (so that they can charge your insurance). I’m also pretty sure this was the same receptionist who answered my phone the few days prior. So both the doctor and the front desk either intentionally or incompetently misled me. I went somewhere out of network and paid dearly to get an immediate specialist. I am now at severe risk because of the greed and incompetence of this practice. Save your time, and potentially your life, and avoid this place at all costs.

Always great service. This last visit was coming off birthday celebrations so my diabetes was out of range. Just need tie down some of the fun eating (note:freeze cheese cake). The steps the doctor ordered are manageable, to have a better visit next time. Thank you.
