Couldn't have been any easier. Walked in no appointment. Staff was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Dr. Ramirez was very honest with the whole process and walked out in under an hour. For those that say they waited for hours i recommend getting there early. I was the first person to walk in and first to walk out. Thank you for making this process just that easier.

Got my immigration test done here. Yes, it's only walk-ins. I went on a Thursday at 8:25am (they open at 8:30), and I was the first customer to enter the building. I was out in 45min. When I was leaving the waiting time was already about 2hrs. Results are done in 3 to 5 business days, so plan ahead. Recommendations: -Be there early -EAT and HYDRATE before the test. They will take blood samples. -Bring your own pen, hand sanitizer, and a mask (mask are required) -Go prepare with your paperwork (documentation of old vaccines given including the covid vaccine, passport, a letter from uscis to know your Alien number, and maybe bring the I-693 filled out as much as you can) -Call one day before you are planning on going to pick up your results. Pick them up early too cause they also take time to give you the envelope with your results. -Ask for a copy of your results for your records IT REALLY GETS PACKED! So people at the front desk get desperate because either people does NOT come prepare with paperwork or people does not listen or pay attention to instructions. If you go there at 10am or 12pm, I can really see why they have to wait from 2 to 6hrs.

Wait time was disgusting! They told my husband it was only going to be a 1 hour wait. Thinking it would be that we waited. But no we ended up waiting 4 hours and 35. They Kept telling him that he was next and he was NEVER attended. Just Disgusting!

Please read this that I am going to write to you, it does not matter if you are Cuban, Mexican or from another country, but do not go to this clinic they will rob you, in my case I went to take the exams for the residency and according to them they gave me altered that is positive for a disease, they made a lot of emphasis that that same day I was going to get some vaccines for that supposed disease. As it seemed strange to me, I went and repeated the test in the same laboratory and it was negative. I went and told him everything that had happened and they never looked for a solution, instead of calling the laboratory and corroborating if the results were true or false, what they did was comment on the medical history and attach the document that I had already given them. , which immigration was not going to accept, they know because in the test they gave me it said (DECTED ON ONE SIDE AND NOT DETECTED, SIGN OF Q THEY ALTERED THE RESULTS). Being the second time I went to the clinic I heard from several people who received immigration letters with issues that did not send you the complete papers and the people had to pay all the exams again and since most are immigrants without papers they do not say anything and they remain silent, do not remain silent and do not recommend more to these people and if they have a lawyer sue them as I am doing and not to earn money in the lawsuit but to close this clinic so that they do not continue robbing the community Hispanic. PRAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GO!

Hello. Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, we work with unassigned Medicare health insurance. Please check your benefits package so that you are familiar with its coverage. Wow ! Good question. I care about our patients. It goes beyond the lab and prescriptions. I know that a number of our patients see us as members of their family. Yes, it sounds corny, but, I see myself or my family in each of our patients. Now, not all patients want that type of relationship with their doctors. For me, I have to marriage my dedication to the art of Medicine, with the need to share important information with each of our patients in a way that it is meaningful to each of them. I am not all knowing or all powerful. Neither are all our specialists and hospitals. When I engage each patient, I know that there are going to be some challenges. I take that responsibility to heart. Fortunately, for some of our older patients, the insurance companies have become also interested in maintaining the health of the patients so that there can be a more healthier life ahead of them. Each of us has our parts to play in making a prosperous healthy future. Try Us !!
