I went here twice but did not get the chance to visit the doctor. They placed me on the waiting list and informed me to visit the next week. I tried it accordingly but unable to get any treatment. They schedule my appointment again.

I was truly amazed by everyone there. They treated me great and helped me alot. I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out what to do. They listened to me and at the end if the day all was well.

I spent 4 days researching a place to do a prescription refill on Zoloft. I found Open Arms and good reviews, but my experience was anything but.... I drove 45 minutes to this place and spent 8$ on gas. When I arrived 4 others were waiting at the door and a volunteer elderly lady came us just as I had gotten there. She goes into the details of a few things and is looking at me oddly and directly then says , "We dont prescribe narcotics " like that's my flyer to go. I told her I dont take narcotics I just need a refill of Sertraline which is generic Zoloft. Apparently still skeptical she has a conversation with another lady in the office as we fill out forms. When I go to submit mine the 2nd lady says can I see your medicine. I said sure and handed it over. She looks at it and looks up and says, "We don't prescribe Xanax " I'm like its not Xanax. She says , "Oh , well anything like Xanax." (Now she thinks its generic but I've already told them what it was) I said it's not even in the same fami....she cuts me off like I can't explain her error but she can continue to badger me about narcotics. No thanks , I left. If you wanna be harassed for "looking" like a free spirit go here. I mean I appreciate volunteer work. I've spent many years myself doing such work. But just like I tell people at Walmart, if you can't handle people right then dont do it. Demeaning and it really seemed like a usual gig for them. They'll tell you they're not doctors just all volunteers. You'd think they'd listen to the patient about there own medicine then. **UPDATE** I am now recovering from the side effects of 8 years on my medicine now off due to not being able to get it again. My doctors before would never let me quit when I asked. If you dont treat every single person with the same decency i think it's a failure. I mean you guys embarrassed me by going over HIPPA protected information in front of others instead of looking it up on your computer or letting the doctor be the judge in private. Thanks for wrecking my daily life , now I'm faced with constant brain zaps from the sudden removal of ZOLOFT. You need new volunteers all trained in HIPPA laws and decency.

My experience with Dr Robert Ure was very frustrating and demeaning. He is knowledgeable as well as judgmental and arrogant. Dr. Ure minimized my medical needs and passively prescribed the least effective course of treatment. I have had 2 appointments and after the first one I went to the emergency room due to his lack of seriousness. Since I have no insurance I decided to come back to this clinic and I got Dr. Ure again and had the same treatment. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions about my condition and vindictive by not providing a referral to Quest Diagnostics. I know I'm not a doctor but I know my body and to not listen to your patient is utterly foolish! I encourage to request another doctor if you continue to come to this clinic.

We only vaccinate the adults for the flu in the fall when they give us the vaccines at no cost. They are free for you. We still do not know on what date we are going to give them.
Sorry. We cannot do the tests needed for your diagnosis and follow up treatment if any. You need to go to the hospital. Good luck to you!
Open Arms needs anything you can donate but you have to call to know what tops their lists
