I came here for approx 10 years and had to change doctors about 2 years ago. Since my new doctor I’ve found out I have a heart condition that needed surgery, have bipolar disorder, sleep apnea, and endometriosis. 10 years and they didn’t find any of that. My new doctor sent me to a heart specialist after noticing my heart rate after 2 appointments but this place didn’t say or do anything in the entire TEN YEARS I was with them. 10/10 would not return

I took my kids to this place for a routine exams. My kids did not see a Doctors, They only saw the nurse. I told the nurse about my kids condition and they have some skin issue so she told me let take care of that next time. Little did I know that they separate it so they can bill twice. With insurance I had to pay over $600 for each kid. I was furious and mad. Even if I pay cash I would not have to pay this much. The nurse was nice but the way they tried to bill and ripped me off is not right. I went to my own family Doctor on my routine exam and if I have a problem they would give me a RX right away not ask me to come back so they can charge me twice. I read the reviews and I choose them for my kids. I made a huge mistake. If you are thinking about going to this place, don't because their rate is way higher than other Doctors in the area and they will try to make you come multiple visits so they can charge you more plus another fact is every time you tell them a problem, they said let me refer you to a specialist. I have PPO, I do not need their referral to see a specialist. If they can't help you with a problem then what is the point of seeing them? They only have nurses so the nurses afraid to prescribed treatments so they only want to refer you out so you can pay more and more. Their billing is bad too because whenever I called them, they told me to call another place because they don't do billing there. I called the billing place and they told me they don't know why it is so much so they had to call my insurance and call me back but they never did. I decided to pay them and get that out of the way. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEND THEM. THEY CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND AN LEG FOR A COMMON OFFICE VISIT. SAVE YOUR HEADACHE AND PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE!

Chris raye & Janelle Rosenberger have been so patient & understanding when it comes down to anything pertaining my health . They both assist me in a timely manner & very very kind . I recommend these two doctors. & Viata answers the phone & when she does you can tell she always has a smile & is always quick to assist !
