1st I waited 30 mins to be seen, typical. I haven't been seen by them in over a year. They gave me Elizabeth the Indian woman. She's new. She declined my prescriptions making me stop them cold turkey,for my migraines and numbness in my hands and feet and also my anxiety ptsd script. I was already on Topamax/Zoloft and I have been for 3 years with mhmr. Mhmr is trying to kill their patients. She even assked me to describe all my symptoms and why I had been attending the last 3 years. Shouldn't you have that on file? I said there is no point in speaking with you further if you can't assist me. I can't afford Healthcare, that is why I use this service. RUN. DONT WALK. RUN. GET AWAY FROM HERE AND FAST,BEFORE THEY CUT OFF YOUR MEDS AND DEEM YOU UNWORTHY OF MEDICATION RANDOMLY. ACT LIKE THEYVE NEVER SEEN YOU BEFORE and refuse you services. There's a wonderful and affordable doctor in NRH Dr Gabrial. Grab him as your new PCP

A sorry place.......caseworkers hide when u express real life events....and ask for help....... Is empty place....no body is in the waiting area....at 2pm.... Tuesday...yes i am a real person and not someone who gives fake stars for the rating..... This place needs new leadership.... Oh i am Israel!. Cannalte..waited for 2 hours before in the lobby.....they send a different person . TJ a joke to helping real people. He had security surround me. Lol.

I'm really let down and worried. I started trying to call them an hour ago at 2pm and it just plays the silly music and rings and rings. I found out that they did not send the refill to the pharmacy I use and I will be completely out of medication tomorrow. Why is nobody answering?! It's a Wednesday at 2 and is a normal time of operation. I just don't understand why I cannot seem to reach a single person. I just tried calling the Arlington clinic too and no reply! Why would y'all think just going MIA would be okay?! There are people like myself who count on your services to keep themselves mentally well. What is wrong with y'all?

They take so long to answer the phone. They put me on hold so long and when I finally got a hold to someone and I was put on hold again. I never see my case manager. It seems like they are only doing the bare minimum especially if you have updated or spoke to the people in the benefits office. I am not getting the help I need here which means I don’t have anywhere else to go.
