Disclaimer: I have not used this service but I called for my teen. So heads up! They do not accept insurance, the first visit with the doctor is $400, following visits are $200. She told me right away so what’s that say? I find this extremely unfortunate for people who are in real need. SMH. The times we’re in. Have fun driving your Range Rover or whatever it is fellow staff.

Dr. Pittman helped me out of a very deep hole. She was very patient and understanding. So many Physicians are condescending, and dismissive..not Dr. Pittman. She treated me for two years, and I was very thankful to find her. Her staff always treated me with respect, and was willing to work with me if I needed them to.

I cannot say enough about the quality of people at this practice. They are responsive, I feel listened to, we work collaboratively on getting the right medication balance, and they're just great people. HARD to find a great psychiatrist and I'm thankful that I have found "the one."

Up front: I wasn't able to make an appointment, but that's also why I'm making this review. I found this place via Google, highly reviewed and within an easy distance from where I've moved, so I perused their website and contacted them via email about becoming a new patient. I received a call back today and I have to say I felt a little blindsided. I was told that this clinic does not take any insurance, they're private pay only, and that to see the doctor for a 1st time patient would be $400 dollars. I would need to put a non refundable $200 deposit when I made the appointment, then pay the rest of us $200 when I came in. As of today, September 17, 2021 (because I went back and looked to make sure), there's nothing about that in their website. I told the receptionist that I was disabled, unable to work, but had insurance and she told me it was "only $300" to see a nurse practitioner. Now, these aren't necessarily exorbitant prices, they're probably in the upper middle tier price wise. The issue is that it was nowhere in the site or I wouldn't have bothered with contacting them. I read their "about" sections with the office and the staff, their main page talks about services they offer, but none of it says they don't take insurance and that's a very big deal. What if I had stopped seeing my doctor and had to see a new one. I don't have that kind of money, I have the $25 that my insurance copay has, though. As someone who had dealt a lot with depression and anxiety, often attached to money, sticker shock isn't something I need from a doctors office. Hopefully they put it on their website, prominently, because I know that a lot of people would feel the same about the shock of being told over the phone when you think you've found a new doctor in a new town.

It depends on what you're going for she doesn't except insurance if you are going for addiction recovery the first visit is 300 and then 150 after but the first couple visits you have to go every 15 days but I can tell you that it is well worth it her nurse practitioner is AMAZING and I love her to bits! And the receptionist in the front he is hilarious and can turn your bad day into a very good day and he is very amazing his self I love the office overall I would highly recommend going
