If your child has a skin condition look elsewhere. I'm normally a very patient person. My son developed eczema around 6 months old. It continued to get worse within a few months. I was told to just keep giving him baths, use unscented soap and moisturizer. He started scratching his skin off to where he was bleeding and needed to be bandaged and I kept messaging in my patient portal just to be told the same thing over and over. I finally after several months got an appointment and he had progressed to having impetigo. Then around his first birthday we gave him milk. Ended up at the ER. They saw the condition he was in, the medicine he's been on, and asked why his pediatrician didn't tell us he had a milk allergy. That his eczema should've immediately known or had him referred for allergy testing because his formula was most likely causing most of his issues that originally started. Thankfully, we have moved and upon first visit to a new doctor we were given referrals for an allergist and dermatologist to hopefully repair all the damage that's been done. ** Would also like to note that we had been at another cook children's office before this one for his newborn appointment and the pediatrician there had never seen the type of circumcision that he had and almost ripped out his plastic piece which is why we transferred to this one.

I never get a call back. I understand they have a high volume of calls but these are children. It’s not hard to give someone a call back and explain what needs to be done, very unprofessional. They put no importance on helping you kids and it’s very frustrating as a parent.

Good doctors but Was on hold for over 20 minutes today, and always wait for very long time for someone to answer the phone. Cook needs to do something about it as it’s not SSI nor ris which has over hundreds and thousands people call at one time!!! I am going to write a review every time from now on until they corrected which is insane!
