I highly encourage everyone here with payment disputes to report this gym to the Better Business Burea. Looking through the reviews they have consistently been ripping off customers for years with bad management.

Fraudulent practices do not sign up for this gym. They will automatically renew contracts and take hundreds of dollars from your bank account. If you refuse to pay for a gym membership since the contract you signed expired they will send the debt to collections in order to get their commission. The manager is extremely shady.

It's super cliche in the worst way. For one the manager Marshall deals drugs BLATANTLY!!! Everything is super old, gross, sticky, ew. It is not a well ventilated space at all!! Extremely musty and humid. Oh and there's literally next to no equipment for like 30 bucks a month RIPOFFFFFF!

SHADY OPERATION! Do not sign up, do not give them your bank information! I’m constantly overcharged I’ve been charged 3 TIMES JUST THIS JANUARY in the amount of almost $100 dollars. And this gym refuses to answer why and refused a refund. On top of all that the front desk guy Marshall refused to assist with sending me paperwork to cancel to my membership. I had to have my bank block them as a merchant and went through corporate to get their assistance for the refunds. Save yourself the stress. It’s a small gym with the bare minimum of Outdated ,sticky equipment anyway.

I don't think you have to make an appointment anymore, but masks are required in all Shawnee County public places where you can't maintain six feet distance.
Topeka Location is in Shawnee County City of Topeka. Both authorities have mandated that gym are to be closed when they are not staffed. we are currently staffing the gym from 7 am to 7 pm.
Ask about discounts. I do get a state employee discount and there may be others. I just like that the one on Croco has an older crowd along with a few young folks. Just wish they had a couple more treadmills.
