My dad, who suffers from Alzheimers, has lived in the DuPage Care Center for almost a year now. I'm so pleased with the level of care he receives. While the building is nothing fancy, the caregivers and nurses have built a strong, loving and active community. Whenever I Facetime or visit with Dad, he always seems happy. Thank you everyone at DuPage Care Center.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff since Covid. Previously I felt they were 5 star but since 2020 and now 2021 it has gone downhill so much. My mother is neglected. When I try to work with the staff they are uncooperative. It’s so hard to get any answers. My sister and I have to tag team to try to make any headway. My mother is constantly getting UTI’s from lack of proper hydration which causes her to be hospitalized.

I wrote the review below but since then I have to say DuPage had really been very, very good. Also, Mona-head LCSW is responsive with precision and speed. — 41 calls all day to various parts of DuPage trying to get my Mother. Pray you do not have Evalyn’s floor or you will never get ahold of your loved one. We’ve bought 4 phones but it's always a fight to get staff to help her with calls, which she cannot do unaided. I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH THE DUPAGE CARE RIGHT NOW. I’m in FL and my mother is confined to a room up there.
