If I could rate less I would. I have come 2 days in a row for a chest xray. I have verified you are open until 5pm, you are to take walk ins, in fact when I called I was told to not make an appt. Yesterday you were closed before 5, no person in sight. Today you have a woman playing around on YouTube saying "Oh we're closed." No you close at 5. I CALLED. again. I was told to not make in appointment that it wasn't necessary.. "Yeah but they left at 430pm today, they didn't have any appointments...we kind of prefer you make an appointment." So I left, and would like to say, I prefer not driving from London to Hilliard 2 days in a row for an incompetent healthcare center....but here we are.

What a joke. I drove 1.5 hrs and hit traffic. Was 7 minutes behind and they couldn’t get me in. The front desk worker basically said she didn’t think it was right either but the clinical team (Evette, Eloy, and Lisa) made that decision.
