I have been a patient in this clinic since 2005. My first doctor was Dr. Rivera (dad). Now my doctor is Dr. John Rivera Jr. I am so happy that he takes care of my health and I feel safe because he is an excellent doctor. I can also speak with him in Spanish and the service I receive from the staff that works in this place is always first class, if I need to make an appointment with a specialist they help me make it, the people who work in this place are very kind and friendly and In addition, the place is very beautiful and clean, very clean. I am so happy with the service I receive as a patient and I am grateful that they are very organized to attend and help.

After having had multiple bad experiences with my prior primary care doctor and their office, my wife and I decided to try SFMC. I have been seen by both APRN Anderson and Dr. Rivera since, and I have to say they are two top notch practitioners. APRN Anderson was the first to see me during my appointment to establish care and she took her time to ensure she had a whole picture of my health, she also was very willing to begin addressing a condition I have had, which had not been adequately addressed by my prior doctor. Getting my appointment to establish care, and setting up an appointment for my routine physical were not difficult. I did not have to wait long on the phone before I was assisted, I also wasn't forced to have to wait months for an appointment to be made. The office girls are friendly and professional, and they take care to ensure you are not left waiting. One thing I think is important to note is that getting access to the doctor on short notice was not difficult. I had a pain which was so bad that I considered going to the ER but decided to try to be seen at the clinic first. I am glad I went to the clinic first. I was able to walk in, with no appointment and be seen by Dr. Rivera within 20 minutes. He was able to assess my pain and begin diagnosing. He took a step out of the exam room for maybe 5 minutes and came back with a form for an ultrasound in order to rule out some serious conditions. I thought it was a form for me to take and go make an appointment, but no, it was an appointment already made for me at a local outpatient imaging clinic. I have to say it was much better than going to the ER and way way cheaper, and on top of it within the same day Dr. Rivera was able to review the ultrasound results and prescribe the right treatment which completely solved my issue.

I recently established care at the clinic and I have to give five stars alone to the medical team. I was seen by Dr. Anderson and from my previous experience other medical faculties during appointments to establish care do not want to go over any specific concerns as its more like a meet and greet but that was not my experience here. Instead, I was able to bring up an issue that I have dealt with for the previous two years and Dr. Anderson was able to address it. Two weeks later on this medication and my condition is already noticeably improving, and this before even getting my first physical. As far as my visit goes, any paperwork prior to my appointment was easy to fill out and submit on their website and when I got there I was greeted by the front desk ladies, who were super nice. Overall I am very happy with my experience and happy that I joined the clinic. P.S. Whoever designed the interior of this clinic should come design the interior of my home, its the nicest clinic interior I have ever been in.

What an amazing doctor and overall experience. I just established care with Dr. Rivera and it was such a refreshing experience. From the moment I stepped into the front office, the staff was very courteous, eloquent and professional. A breath of fresh air! This continued with visit and I appreciated Dr. Rivera for taking his time to listen, explain the findings and next steps. I would highly recommend it!!! - One last thing I wanted to point out is that, the office was sparkling clean very nicely setup.
