I didn't like the lack of communication from this location as well as the fact that my dog came back with Kennel Cough... I immediately had to take my dog to the vet afterward and pay for that service myself. My dog is still coughing and is still sick after this visit, first time ever being sick

This is a horrible place! We are on vacation and my dog died there today. The manager, Terri, was very rude and ugly. She told us they don't take care of old, sick dogs. Our dog, Lily, was 10 years old and she wasn't sick. They took care of her last year while we were on vacation so they should have known how old she was. I can't tell you how broken our hearts are.

The people were nice, and my dog looked well-cared for after 6 days. Also, they were the best-priced boarding option when I only had two weeks notice for a trip.
