The Rutland House is a community center for residents and guests of the Rutland Community. It is a restored estate home with three rooms downstairs and a large back yard leading down to a lake. It is situated adjacent to the community pool. The Rutland House is available for rental through the association.

Is this space available to rent for events such as a rehearsal dinner?

Yes, you can rent out the Rutland Club House. The pool however, you cannot if you plan to hold any party at the pool you have to inform the lifeguards ahead of time and you cannot reserve tables or seats. You must arrive just before the planned time and find tables that are not taken. There is available space at both locations.
