Management is out of touch and does not accept any input unless it coincides with his own. He lies and bad mouths employees that do not agree with him. I have experienced him doing this to others as well as myself. Caregivers are constantly calling out or not showing up. I would not recommend this company to my in-laws. Please also note that almost ALL positive reviews are from employees who were asked to submit fake reviews, including myself. I have changed mine to reflect reality. Response to the owner. My experience never changed. Your friend the manager is the sole reason for my review to change to reflect reality. He is inappropriate and unprofessional and refuses to communicate in any helpful way. I cannot recommend The Homeaides as an employer or in any other way.

My grandparents were supposed to receive service from this company. The caregivers that showed up were not helpful to say the least (incapable of cooking and had to be told of the basic duties they are getting paid for) more of a hassle than a help. The last 3 days they were supposed to show up, no one ever did. My grandfather was promised that someone would be there to help and still, nobody did. Luckily we found someone else to come in and help out because the homeaides dropped the ball. This is especially concerning considering if we didn't have family nearby to help, they would have been completely alone. They were billed for a full week of care when 3 of these days nobody even showed up. Now they are very upset knowing more than likely they won't even get reimbursed for the money they paid up front. Need more staff that are capable of doing the minimal expectations, and if no one is showing up, that needs to be communicated and cannot go on for 3 days in a row. Very disappointing experience.
