Usually they are better but my last visit a day ago was a big disappointment. All but one of my items were made incorrectly and I noticed they were using the same spoon to dish out multiple topping types mixing them causing a big allergen cross contamination issue with peanut items and everything else.

I'm standing outside of this Carvel location as I'm writing this. It's Saturday night 8pm and this location closes at 10pm. All my son and I wanted was 2 shakes and the young lady informs me the shake machine is closed. Closed not broken.....on a peak Saturday night 2 hours before close. I also see the other employees of young girls just talking and gossiping in the kitchen. Such a disappointment. My son and I decided to visit Vivis bubble tea that just opened up next door. I can see this Carvel location losing business like this.
