I have used Optical Academy to order my contacts for a few years now and they have always been great. I went to my eye doctor the other day and got a new prescription for my contacts. I called Optical on Thursday afternoon and asked if I could order contacts. The woman who answered immediately said “we are busy right now” and that she had to call me back. So I quickly asked for an email so I could send them a picture of my new prescription. She quickly gave me her email and hung up. No call back on Thursday. I decide to call back Friday afternoon, only to have the phone keep ringing and nobody pick up. What kind of business is this? I’m very disappointed.

I was able to make a last minute appointment for glasses which was a lofe savor! Everyone was extremely helpful and patient deapite it being a Friday night befire closing. Zauer Power was super helpful in choosing my glasses and making sure i loved them. My daughters also had a wonderful experience last week!! 100 percent recommend
