Staff was nice but the hotel and our room was disgustingly dirty. Cobb webs all over our room, hair everywhere. Sheets were covered in dried pink nail polish and black fuzz. Dirty underwear in the bathroom left by the previous guest. The tile on the floor was coming up and we kept tripping over it. Vents were covered in mold and slime. The whole place was dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Disappointed a Marriott hotel was like this.

Staff was excellent all around; friendly reception desk staff, and breakfast attendant worked with my request easily and asked if I had time to wait for her to make it rather than making me feel like I was imposing (oatmeal was out near the end of their serving hours and she made more for me). Good location near hwy 80 and lots of local restaurants and a walking trail across the street (behind the hotel). Rooms were clean and was great for getting computer work done. And I didn't feel unsafe at the location.

Positives - the staff is amazing. They are very positive and want to help solve your problems. The hotel is near the highway and there are many restaurants and activities nearby, including a grocery/liquor store. Negatives - property is showing signs of neglect. There are many, many lights out in the hallways, stuck room doors that need special techniques to open, broken exterior doors, and weeds in the flower beds. My room had 2 bathrooms. One shower did not work at all and it took 3 days to get it fixed. Lights under the microwave didn't work, there are missing tiles on the kickboard, garbage disposal didn't work - these issues were not addressed during our stay. The pool smells awful and the outdoor patio is run down. Living room furniture/bed was not good for either. Living room TV is very small (26"?). Breakfast was the same (and lame) all 5 days we were there and wasn't very good (even for what it was). Overall - in its current state (06/22), this hotel is best for someone not planning to be at the hotel much and who doesn't want to watch TV at the end of the day. Hopefully some money gets spent to bring this property back to standards.

Great place to stay. Service was good but there were more than a few times that we waited at the front desk for someone. They were helpful once we saw them though. They may just be over worked/busy due to short staffing. We were not real sure of the delays and no one at the desk.
